All invoices issued by DS Technology and Investment CC are payable upon receipt and no later than the stated due date.
Once attendance is confirmed and delegate heads are allocated, the full invoiced amount becomes payable, regardless of actual attendance.
If payment remains outstanding beyond thirty (30) days from the due date, the Company shall levy a penalty charge equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the outstanding principal amount.
This penalty is applied as a daily surcharge to compensate for administrative and financing costs incurred due to late settlement.
Interest shall not accrue beyond this penalty unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables until full payment, including penalties, has been received.
Participation in conferences, masterclasses, or summits may be withdrawn for non-payment.
Accounts remaining unpaid after the penalty period will be handed over to legal representatives for recovery.
Additional legal fees and costs incurred during enforcement will be added to the outstanding balance.
Once delegate allocation is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
Requests for deferment to future events may be considered at the Company's sole discretion, but do not waive the obligation to settle the original invoice.
All charges, penalties, and enforcement measures are applied in accordance with Namibian tax and trade regulations.
This policy is intended as a reasonable deterrent and does not constitute punitive damages.
